Beverage Service

Hosted Bar

Guests are served compliments of the host/hostess. The host will be charged for the drinks consumed by their guests at the end of the event. An additional $250.00 per bar set-up fee and $15.00 per hour, per bartender fee will be added to the bar total.  A deposit is due prior to the event.


Cash Bar

Guests pay individually for each drink. An additional $250.00 per bar set-up fee and $15.00 per hour, per bartender fee will be added to the host’s total bill. A deposit is due prior to the event.

Ticketed Bar

You may provide drink tickets to your guests.   Any drinks ordered without a drink ticket will be charged individually to the guest, as per a cash bar. The tickets may be limited in use if required, for example only good for wine and beer.  An additional $250.00 per bar set-up fee and $15.00 per hour, per bartender fee will be added to the host’s total bill. A deposit is due prior to the event.


Payment: A payment based on estimated charges is due prior to event date. Absolutely no service is confirmed without payment and signed contract.


Final Bill: Following the event, a detailed beverage service will be issued, at that time you will be billed the difference or refunded the difference of your payment.


Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation less then 7 days full balance is due.


Champagne & Signature drink Passing during a Reception: Servers will butler-pass a cocktail. Client is responsible for labor fees of $25 per hour, per passer



Special Orders: Liquor, Beer, Wine, and Sparkling Champagne not on beverage list can be ordered. Client will be charged the full amount of any special order whether or not it is consumed. Prices will be quoted before the order is placed and will be based on the availability. Following the event, unused bottles cannot be returned to the distributor for reimbursement and Cannot be removed from the property.

Bartenders and Bar Backs: The number of bartenders is determined by the estimated guest count and flow of event. The Warehouse Depot Company requires one bartender per 50 to 75 guests and one bar back for every two bartenders. The Client is responsible for labor fees. Bartenders and bar backs are $15 an hour, please include an hour before and after the event for set-up and breakdown.

Additional Beverage Information

Beverage Minimums: There are beverage minimums for Saturday evening events, Friday night events in December and cash bars.  Beverage minimums are based on consumption only and do not include labor. There is a minimum charge of $500.00 per bartender ordered. If minimum is not met Host/Hostess’ will be responsible for the difference. This applies to host or cash bar service.


Charges and Payment

Charges: Applicable charges may include but are not limited to beverages, bartenders, wine passers, beverage minimum, 16% service fee.

 

The Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. As a licensee, The Warehouse Depot is responsible for the administration of these regulations. It is our policy therefore, that liquor, beer and wine cannot be brought into, or removed from, the building.
